EASYJET has introduced a month-long winter break to Egypt costing less than typical UK family expenditures.

The £650 per person package — branded as a “Escape the UK” trip — is all-inclusive meaning meals and beverages are included.

A month-long trip in Egypt is estimated to be less than the normal winter costs for the same time.

It is reported to be £227 lower than normal winter expenses for the same time.

Rent, transport, electricity and food expenditures for 28 days totals £877 per person — making the EasyJet deal 26 per cent cheaper.

Financial analyst Lynn Beattie said: “For individuals who may viably rent their houses and work overseas, the new package offering from EasyJet vacations provides a really enticing offer.”
